User review of Asus Eee PC 1008HA
We are again fortunate that a user has been kind enough to notify his new Asus 1008HA Eee PC. This time it's Martin Santon by keys:
So I finally received my Asus Eee PC .. And it was a 1008HA model that you heard from me lately. And I'd just like to say some quick words - now I have not had it long, but has a reasonably good impression of it already ![]()
Pure design terms, it is one of the most delicious I've ever been in my hands.
Everything just hangs together in one big unit. The keyboard is super good (92% of normal size) and it work too well when I have to write such a comparatively much as I should now .. I do indeed virtually no mistakes with the keys ![]()
And beyond that, then I have tried both to surf a little on the net, tried a couple of Flash games on the net and so too short download some files - all work is simply perfect.
I other words

User review of Asus Eee PC 1005HA
This time we are fortunate to have a "guest blogger" on the field - namely Mary Mainz. Maria has just bought himself an Asus Eee PC 1005HA-H, and therefore it's obvious with a review. A friend of Mary has also bought an Eee PC 1005HA'er - so there may be a "second opinion" into consideration. The good thing about this description is to notify providers NOT technical geeks, like so many critics else (possibly partly signed himself?
) So therefore it is very interesting for "ordinary people" to read this anmeldese of Asus Eee PC 1005HA and see what a person with perhaps the same non-technical focus by themselves, think about the machine!
Here is what Mary writes about Asus Eee PC 1005HA after having been in use for a short time:

Selection of Asus Eee PC 1005HA model
Asus Eee PC 1005HA is one of the most popular netbooks at the moment. And rightly so, because Asus new "standard" model is a real workhorse in time, with its fine battery properties can run for hours - while it's all wrapped in a stylish design.
Looking at EDBpriser can be surprised that there is quite a big difference between the prices of Asus Eee PC 1005HA. The explanation is simple - that there are (at least) two different models of Asus 1005HA Eee PC on the market - and of course price two groups.
The models are called in some places, respectively. 1005HA 1005HA-H and-M. Which should you choose? I will review the models here, so you can evaluate itself. ![]()
In brief: HA takes over the entire market!
ASUS EEE PC:
Yes, it would be true. However, it is not biker-related markets, this is about - but the market for netbooks. Everything suggests that Asus 'HA product line will take over the whole Asus' market for their Eee PC netbooks. That old acquaintances as Asus Eee PC 1000H, Asus Eee PC 1000HE, Asus Eee PC 901 Others will cease in production and in the Danish market being taken over by the HA line, which include includes:
- Asus Eee PC 1008HA (the small, stylish slimline model - but with relatively "short" battery life)
- Asus Eee PC 1101HA (which is Asus bid for a 11 "netbook - remember that 11" is becoming the new black. Unfortunately, this with a downgraded CPU, which makes the machine more lethargic than we're used to - probably to save battery or comply with Microsoft's wishes to XP'er not be sold with netbook-discount if these netbooks are too strong)
- Asus Eee PC 1005HA (the "regular" 10-inch model with super battery life - if you get 6-cell model)
- And many more other HA models.
Whether this is merely a rumor, or Asus in Denmark / Scandinavia will really clean up the cases by only import HA models to be seen! The fact is however that it will take quite some time before stocks of the old models are cleared ..
Asus Eee PC 1004DN
Asus is ready with yet another novelty in the series of Asus Eee PC netbooks. This time it's a model that is somewhat different than we are accustomed to in the series of mini-notes, namely the Asus Eee PC 1004DN.
It separates the Asus Eee PC 1004DN from eg Eee PC 1002HA or 1000HE is not the screen size, CPU or RAM - it is as we are accustomed to from everything from the Asus Eee PC 1000H for Asus Eee PC 1008HA - namely, 10 " screen, Intel Atom CPU at 1.6 Ghz (Yes, there may be little difference in these Atoms - but performance is almost the same, here is an N280 model) - and with 1GB of RAM.
The contrast is the exciting new is that this netbook comes with optical drive and a brand new chipset: Intel GN40 with integrated graphics X4500M. Graphics should certainly be faster than

Best Buy currently: Asus Eee PC 1000HE
The netbook, which I would highlight as a best buy at the moment is undoubtedly the Asus Eee PC 1000HE.
Asus Eee PC 1000HE is the sequel to the popular Asus Eee PC 1000th The new model 1000HE has many of the same qualities as the old Eee PC, but has also improved a few points.
Asus Eee PC 1000HE is also a 10 "netbook, and has a slightly nicer design than the old model, it is slightly smaller and lighter - and has better keyboard (bigger), better screen (LED-belyst/baseret LCD ) AND most importantly:

Rumor: New Eee PC with a separate graphics card: Asus Eee PC 1000HV
Asus pumps as we know new Eee PC models off the market as bad from a young calf. However, a portion of Eee PCs, which did not come to Denmark - or Europe for that matter. This time it looks however appear that there is a great news on the way inside the Asus Eee PC / netbook market:
Asus Eee PC 1000HV
How Asus and other netbook / mini-note manufacturers so far have turned on all the parameters - primarily the choice of 9 "vs. 10 "SSD vs. HDD, and battery capacity - but rarely have created something truly unique, just small improvements over the same theme, there is now probably an Eee PC model emerging which could turn out to be more unique: For Asus Eee PC 1000HV . The uniqueness of this is the separate graphics card. This means
