There are already 100 - or 1000-some of the guides for the Asus Eee PC on the network.
Here is an overview of the EeePC-guides, which I think sounds most interesting - and perhaps will try over time. 
Most guides are in English, and I have unfortunately not even been thoroughly through them all.
